  • No, we do not accept insurance for the service we provide. The performing laboratory will bill insurance for the laboratory testing that is performed.

    You are welcome to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • Blood draw (venipuncture) for all ages, finger stick INRs (with venipuncture if needed), sample collection pick ups such as urine and stool.

  • $75.00 - Blood collection

    $35.00- Specimen pick-up (urine, stool, etc.)

    $95.00- Specialty kit for research studies or genetics. Usually involves sending the kit via FedEx or UPS and contains a prepaid label.

    An additional fee of $20.00 might apply if located out of our service area, requesting a blood draw after hours, or requesting a STAT blood draw.

  • We are partnered with M Health Fairview Laboratories. All blood drawn will be dropped off at an approved M Health Fairview location for testing.

  • Most results will be faxed to your healthcare provider within 2-5 days.

  • HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water the days before your appointment. Being hydrated will help increase your blood volume making your veins easier to find. This helps ensure a successful blood draw.

    STAY WARM! Warmth helps veins dilate and become more prominent by increasing blood flow to the surface.

    Take any regularly scheduled medication.

    If fasting is required, please make sure to fast for 8-12 hours in order to avoid a reschedule. Please check with your healthcare provider if you are unsure if you should be fasting.

  • No, we do not collect from any implanted/indwelling devices.

  • If you have pets (with the exception of working service animals), they must be enclosed in a room prior to our arrival. If this is not followed, your appointment may be rescheduled, and you will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    If you have a service animal please notify us when we call to confirm your appointment.

  • Please be considerate. In the event an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, @HomeLabs needs to be given a 24-hour notice. We confirm appointments the day prior to the scheduled appointment. If sufficient notice isn’t given, you will be charged a fee of $35.00

    If you are a no-show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $35.00.
